We celebrated our 20 years of the Y-SMART service yesterday at County Hall, we have come so far since our service opened its doors to young people and families back in 2002. We wouldn’t be able to run Y-SMART without our whole team approach which involves each and every member of staff and all the different areas that make up our team, practitioners, business support, managers, and our nurses. We look forward to the next 20 years and what they will bring!
