Y-SMART is a service for young people up to 19 years of age living in North Devon and Torridge. We have been open for referral since September 2002 and work with young people who have substance misuse issues.

If you think you or one of your friends have a problem or would like some information or advice please contact us by phone, email or simply fill in the online referral form and all enquiries will be strictly confidential.

Once contact has been made, one of our friendly staff will contact you and will talk to you about your issues and needs. We also provide information and advice to workers, carers and parents of young people and have an Education Outreach worker who works in the local schools and colleges in the area.
